The Punchouse Project in Santa Monica was going for 100% diversion, and they may have pulled it off! They took their time and did a meticulous job in source separating all materials to achieve the maximum in reuse and recycling. SMK Construction did the deconstruction outside the DRN system, but we were in the area to pick up the lumber donation and deliver it to Corazon!
