This 6,000 square foot Brentwood home was deconstructed with great efficiency, yielding a full tractor-trailer of quality finished materials and over 27 tons of exceptional old growth lumber. While the vast majority of this material went on to benefit our non-profit partner organizations, Corazon and Habitat for Humanity, the owners actually opted for some onsite reuse of handmade clay roof tiles, brick, and lumber.
