Through a complete deconstruction of this Manhattan Beach split-level home we were able to save some nice knotty pine paneling, hardwood flooring and a number of terra cotta plant pots. This is in addition to an assortment of cabinets, doors, windows and miscellaneous fixtures. All of this material has been donated to the Habitat for Humanity of Greater LA ReStore, while the multiple tons of lumber was donated for further use by Corazon.
