Minardos Group Project Manager Larry Adkins worked with Hillstone Restaurant who chose deconstruction as a rational alternative to traditional demolition for its Yountville R+D Kitchen. Salvaged fixtures and rough framing lumber in the 8,000 sq ft buildings were donated to the Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County ReStore.
