Situated in the prestigious hills off Sunset Dr, this 5,995 square foot, 2 story Bel Air home built in 1935, yielded over 40 tons of rough lumber (mostly old growth, true dimensional), over two thousand square feet of hardwood flooring was salvaged, numerous steel framed windows and solid core raised panel doors were reclaimed, along with amazing deco-style bath tubs and antique light fixtures throughout. DRN is very proud and pleased with the outstanding and efficient deconstruction work that RJ's Demolition performed on this project.
